I remember chasing that spark I felt years ago working with children—the joy, the creativity, the purpose. But somewhere between design deadlines and endless cubicle days, that spark faded. I had built a career in graphic design, but deep down, I knew I wanted something more meaningful—something that let me be home with my kids and still build something amazing.

So, I took a leap and opened my own home daycare with nothing but determination, a pack of Goldfish crackers, and a big dream. Within two years, that little daycare exploded into something incredible—we expanded into a second home, tripled our income, and my husband happily retired from his corporate job (cue the confetti!).

Running our daycare has completely changed our lives. We’ve created freedom, financial stability, and a community we truly love—and the best part? Our own kids have grown up right alongside the children we’ve cared for every day.
